I am a self-employed entrepreneur. Can I apply?

Yes. Any company that can provide a Kbis extract can apply for the Circular Fashion Awards. Self-employed entrepreneurs are therefore included.

Associations subject to VAT may apply. Associations not subject to VAT may not submit an application.

I am located outside of France, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Can I apply?

No. Only organizations with headquarters in one of these three countries are eligible for the 2026 competition.

Is my project eligible for the Awards?

Projects must be in the Linen, Textiles, and Footwear, Professional Textiles, Textile Accessories & Luggage sectors (only those that incorporate textiles).

I have several Circular Fashion projects within my company. Can I submit multiple applications?

Yes, the same company can submit multiple projects.
1 application = 1 project

I have already competed in previous editions of the Circular Fashion Awards. Can I compete again?

Yes, you can compete in the fourth edition even if you have already submitted an application in previous years. However, we invite you to submit an application for a different project or the same project that has evolved since then.

I have a partnership project. How do I submit it?

If you have a project involving a collaboration between multiple brands or between a brand and a solution, you are eligible to apply!
To do so, you must designate the representative who will submit the application on behalf of the entire group. Then check the box in the application form to indicate that this is a jointly submitted project. You will then be able to list your partner(s).
All future communications will be made by mentioning all partners (and not just the submitting company).

Which category should I apply for?

How do I know whether to apply for the Brand or Solution category?

Here's how to define the solution's brand:

Brand: Actor that carries a fashion brand, primarily offering products or services that incorporate circular economy principles into their design, production, or distribution model.

Solution: Actor developing services, technologies, models, or infrastructure for fashion brands, contributing to the circular transformation of the fashion and textile industry.
NB: Hybrid projects (product + service, innovative models) will be classified according to their main activity.

How can we distinguish between the categories "Emerging" and "Established"?

Emerging "Brands" or "Solutions" projects must be less than 18 months old (project creation date) or be in the launch phase, with or without actual marketing at the time of application.

Established "Brands" or "Solutions" projects must be more than 18 months old.

We are referring here to the project launch date, which may differ from the date the company was founded.

I have a brand backed by a solution. Which category should I apply for?

For hybrid projects, we invite you to apply in the category where your project is predominantly located.
